Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation at Quinta Morazes. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions described below:

1. Reservations and Payments:

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The deposit can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a deposit refund.

  • In case of departure before the last reserved night, the guest is responsible for the full reservation amount.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

  • Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

4. Pet Policy:

  • Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of an additional fee of €60 per night.

  • The owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

5. Non-Smoking Policy:

  • Quinta Morazes is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises.

  • Guests who do not comply with this policy are subject to an additional cleaning fee of €1000.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas with signage.

6. Liability and Damages:

  • The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

  • Quinta Morazes is not responsible for loss or damage of guests' belongings.

7. Guest Behavior and Noise Policy:

  • We require all guests to maintain respectful towards the estate and other guests during their stay.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave in case of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

  • Quiet hours for the rest of the guests are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

8. Changes to the Reservation:

  • Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.

9. Travel Insurance:

  • We recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover possible cancellations and unforeseen events during their stay.

10. Applicable Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the same jurisdiction.

By making a reservation at Quinta Morazes, you agree to comply with these terms and
conditions. Non-compliance with the estate's policies may result in the termination of your
reservation without a refund.
